TWO NEW CHAMPIONS CROWNED IN KIEV

14 Dec 2020

Monday, December 14, 2020: After a successful night in Kiev we have two new WBC Asian Boxing Council champions. Vladyslav Sirenko claimed the heavyweight strap and Andrii Velikovskyi took home the middleweight title.

In a sensational matchup with Kostiantyn Dovbyshchenko, Sirenko showcased his in-ring prowess when he overcame a strong challenge to seal the WBC Asian Boxing Council heavyweight crown via a unanimous points decision.

Rising middleweight star, Andrii Velikovskyi, had to overcome the mental challenge of a change of opponent just two days before yesterday’s show. He let his hands do the talking as he stopped his fellow title challenger, Arman Torosyan, via a ferocious first round KO.

On behalf of everyone at the WBC, we would like to congratulate both new champions and their teams for their night of WBC Asia success. Both new champions are pictured alongside their manager, Mr. Maxim Michaylew.
