Saturday the 4th of August sees Italy’s Christian Daghio challenge Thailand’s Don Parueang for the vacant WBC Asia silver light-heavyweight championship title.

The contest will take place in Bangkok at the Ram100 stadium — a small intimate venue — a perfect setting for these two combatants to duke it out for a coveted WBC Asia title.

Thai resident, Daghio, training out of Pattaya, on Thailand’s eastern seaboard carries a professional boxing record of (9-0-0) boasting a 100% KO return on those aforementioned nine fights will square off against Korat resident Parueang, who holds a professional record of (6-4-0) with all his victories coming via knockout, or technical knockout stoppages.

Christian Daghio is currently ranked #5 and Don Parueang is currently ranked #8 in the WBC Asia light-heavyweight rankings.
