Srisaket defends WBC Asia
Super Flyweight Title

Srisaket Nakornluang will defend his WBC Asia Super Flyweight Championship against Philippines challenger Bobby Conception the challenger from Philippines in Bangkok on 28 November at Nonthaburi Pier on the Chaopaya River.

A media launch for the event was attended by press conference was attended by the BBC Vice-President and WBC Asian Boxing Council President Pol. General Kovid Bhakdibhumi and Mr Somnuek Thanadechaul Mayor of Nonthaburi Province and Mr Chomchuen Boonyanusart, Governor of Nonthaburi Province.

The event is being organized by Mr Surachart Pisitwuthinun of Nakornluang Boxing Promotion to celebrate the forthcoming King's birthday.

Srisaket is a former WBC world super flyweight champion.

Prior to winning the world title he had defended his WBC Asia Superflyweight championship 5 times.

He successfully challenged for World Boxing Council World title in Super Flyweight weight class against Yota Sato from Japan by TKOO on 3 May 2013, but lost to the Mexican challenger Carlos Quodas.

Nakornloung Boxing Promotion has produced three other Thai world champions, former WBC/WBA bantamweight champion Veerapol Nakornloung, former WBC super featherweight champion Sirimongkol Singmanasak and former WBC super flyweight champion Suriyan Sor Rungvisai.
